Poems

I admit it: I feel a little weird putting poetry online.

Perhaps it’s because one of the first and most obvious uses made of the web was self-publishing really bad poems. Enough to turn a person off poetry for life.

Of course there were many great poems too, but in all the noise it was hard to hear them.

But what the hell. Here are a few of mine.

My poetry has appeared in Southerly, Going Down Swinging, The Australian Women’s Book Review, Mattoid and Veranda.
