I write historical fiction and fantasy for readers of all ages.

My latest series for young readers is The Firewatcher Chronicles: all three books, Brimstone,  Phoenix and Vigil, are out now. They are time-slip stories, set in London in the Blitz and during other key moments in the city’s fiery history.

My previous novel for young readers  is 1917, set during the First World War.
